Purchased a car online with Driveway, over 60 days an ago. They have yet to register my car with New York DMV. Therefore my insurance company is canceling my policy. I am unable to use this car. I have a 40,000 car sitting in my driveway. They are refusing to take car back Resolution Sought Get my car registered in New York and get insurance reinstated

I made two deposit of $500 for hold a car to purchase from this company (Driveway motors) and the deal didn't go through and was canceled. Is in their policy if the customer isn't happy about the vehicle or the sales is canceled, then the customer will get the deposit back. They refuse to give my money back. Resolution Sought They need to refund my deposit back.
