Heap put a driveway in 1 1/2 years ago. Shortly after I called because the driveway is crumbling and grass is growing through the pavement. I must have called 15 times with no response until I put in a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. Finally after close to a year the owner and the woman who had given the estimate came out. They said they would be back this spring. I have contacted them again in the spring to schedule a date and was told they don't have any time on their calendar to come out. I do have a warranty for the driveway but it is going to expire soon. They sent me an email after they came out last fall that it would be addressed but can't get them to come out. In the meantime the driveway is really crumpling and so bad I have tripped getting out of my car Resolution Sought Fix the driveway. It is bad I don't think it can be repaired. I think 1 1/2 years is long enough for them to address this problem.

Our worker went to her property on Saturday, July 31, 2021 to attempt to spray a chemical on the invasive grass that was growing into the driveway which she is unhappy with. The owner Robert Heap spoke to her the week prior to explain to her that we would be out to spray a chemical on the grass but due to the invasive nature of that type of grass we didn't know if it would work. We also explained to her that as per our contract we are not responsible for vegetation growth, and we were coming out for a second time as a courtesy to try and kill the grass. We also brought to her attention that the grass was also growing through her asphalt sidewalk that was installed by the town of Weymouth. When our worker arrived he exited his vehicle and walked to her driveway with a chemical and Ms. DiCeglie came out of her house and started screaming at him demanding that he leave her property at once. A neighbor came outside when he heard her yelling and she told the neighbor to shoot my worker. My worker was in fear for his life and got back in our company vehicle and left the scene. We have not and will not have any further contact with Ms. DiCeglie due to the threatened violence toward our employees. If she would like to take us to court, we look forward to seeing her there where we can show the judge that we are not responsible for vegetation growth per our contract. We have attempted to rectify the situation with her several times, and unfortunately we cannot due to the fact that we have no control over how invasive species of grass grows.
