Canceled my account with them 2 months ago and they're still taking money from my checking account. I email them with no response. Resolution Sought Cancel my account and stop taking my money.

I have a recurring charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. There is no access to customer support. I was told that I would need a 12 digit transaction number to search for the purchase but they only provided 10. The phone number directs you back to the website. There is no way to contact or dispute. I had to cancel my credit card and still don't know if the recurring charge will show back up next month. Many other people have searched 'fraudulent Dropbox charge' and 'unauthorized recurring charges'. They even charge canceled and expired accounts so if your card cancels, you're still going to get charged. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of the 4 charges of $21.26 I was billed and confirmation that no further money will be withdrawn from my account.
