I have had work done from this individual with complaints afterwards that the job he perform was not accurate nor reliable I asked him to Fix it to no Avail saying that my warranty was already expired which was not even a week after I contacted him About the issues. Other work that he did was not authorized upon my vehicle and the work that was authorized was not completed. Resolution Sought I would like either full compensation of the work done or have him fix it all as it is supposed to be for free

DRSP CUSTOMS , LLC. Warranty Policy is stated as such: “ DRSP CUSTOMS, LLC. shall provide a limited warranty covering the work performed under the terms of this auto repair contract. This warranty shall last for a period of one (1) calendar year from the completion of authorized repairs. During the warranty period, DRSP CUSTOMS, LLC. will cover a percentage of cost and expense, correct any defects in workmanship related to the repairs performed in relation to this contract. This warranty covers the proration of labor only, and does not extend to any parts used for repairs. The first 30 days labor is covered in full by DRSP CUSTOMS, LLC..” The customer vehicles was completed in full on June 20th, 2021. Can provide video and photo proof. Customer contacted me a week later stating the underglow was not connecting to his phone which is not a defect in workmanship but a customer error due to there specific phone as many other users with android mobile devices have issues pairing with underglow lighting. Everything was working fine literally the day the customer left the shop. I had customer come in for trouble shooting on the 24th of June. Customer then stated on the 25th of July which is not out of the free warranty repair period as the customer did not purchase extended warranty to ask me out his demon eye lighting only staying one color. Following that message on the 8th of August which is now almost 2 months from date of job completion the customer stated to me that there was some condensation in his headlights and it needs to be resealed. I contacted the customer via phone call telling the customer there will be a fee for repairs as he is out of his warranty period. The customer then began to become vulgar and belligerent. The customer than asked me, “If I’m going to repair the lights or will there be a problem” and i then responded with saying that “you are the one making this an issue” and with that being said he said okay then he’ll go somewhere else and send me the bill and the was the last time i heard from him. Fast forward to January 3rd, 2022 i receive a 1 star review from customer at hand so contacted him asking him what his deal was and the discussion was brought up again. I tried to explain to him that he was out of his warranty period and now it is definitely to late but he was not trying to hear anything i had to say. I was then threatened with legal action and even more poor reviews if i do not repairs the defects for free. The original bill was $1500. I charged him $250 for the prorated labor + the price of the underglow kit as it’s been 7 months and now we are here.

I have documentation where I reached out to this company to no avail all I kept doing was getting pushed to the side. Threatening that he was going to come find my house because he had receipts with my address on it as well as refusing to finish work that was not completed and work that was supposedly completed was not properly completed I asked him to fix the issue he started cussing with I have on text messages as well as stating he will not fix anything without charging me extra. After stating that he would not fix anything he obviously knew that there was an issue. I have been more than patient in this procedure being that I had to deal with three deaths in the family from August to October. He knows that there is an issue as he has admitted to it through text messages and even stated that he will reseal parts that have come undone because of his faulty work. But being that he wants me to pay more what should have been done correctly the first time I feel that if you are going to run a business if a customer has a problem at least acknowledge trying to fix it rather than trying to charge extra money for service that was not complete nor properly installed

Half of the information provided by the customer is inaccurate. Job was completely in entirety as customer left shop satisfied. I never threatened the customer as i do not have his address on file nor do I have any knowledge of it. I never told the customer to come back to have anything fixed for free as it was never an issue when he left my shop June 20th. He had connectivity issues with his phone and the installed underglow lighting kit and situation was remedied. From that point on, up until July 25th which is already outside of free 30 day warranty period I was not contacted by customer via call or text. Can provide documentation as well. With that being said DRSP CUSTOMS, LLC. will only be doing repairs on said customers vehicle at prorated cost of $250.00 +taxes and fees as well as $200.00 for cost of replacement underglow kit. No free warranty repairs will be given.
