I rent a lot from Dryud City Prperties in Tuscaloosa, Al. And I moved here 4 years no one cleaned the lot next to me that was full of trash from people coming from all places to dump their trash here. My old neighbor and I were the one who kept it cleaned. I called the city who charged nothing to pick up the trash several times. Now Duid City desides they decide to get that lot cleaned and send me a bill for $747.00. Because they said they found my mail there. Listen let's say they did. Why would I pay 757.00 for a one time trash pick. They haven't sent proof they found my mail there. Shouldn't we be paid for doing their maintenance work for them the past years? $757.00 a fee its ridiculous. I don't have that kind of money. What t they thinking. How do I know they didn't get that mail from my mail box? And am wondering if I will be charged every time other people decide to dump trash there ...not fair. Resolution Sought To remove that fee, $757.00. That's abuse of power.
