Moved in on January 2022...Proir to moving in the Mobile had maintenance and electrical issues that was promised to be repaired. Now almost 5months later these issues have not been resolved! From light fixtures, leaky Backdoor which pops open on its own, front door needs to be replaced, leak under faucet, animals in and out from up under the house, no light in our closet no light in my daughter's room, Fan in bathroom doesn't work , oven and refrigerator light doesn't work, outside mobile desperately needs pressure washed, shower head need to be repaired, and the yard floods every time it rains causing it hard to get in and out our home plus caused my Eldest daughter to fall! I've made a list as requested by landlord several several times(documented) and he has failed miserably in keeping his word. Actually when we first check on the home in December is when Billy said all these things would be completed at the latest the 2nd week in January......Well here we are going into May and we are still dealing with these issues. One more thing, when n management schedule to come and repair with the demands of one of us have to be home; they either show up late and we have to go or they just didn't show up!!! Extremely Bad Awful Inconsiderate business. I asked for the Owners number and request a call back but Billy said that the owners would not reply back and that's his job!!! Very unhappy...Can yall help us get our mobile in tip top shape??? Resolution Sought Repair all issues or give us every dime back!(refund)
