Saw their advertisement on YouTube. Placed an order on Nov 15, 2021 for its Drume Hand and essential kit. Order number #8743. Received an update on 23 Nov, 2021 from info@drumemusic.com. "The status of your order #8743 has changed to Partially Shipped." Afterwards, there was no update at all. And I have been emailing them a number of times. I keep getting a robot answer that they will try to reply by 5 working days but no news from them. According to their website international shipping should be delivery in 30 days. But it has been months. Read online about this happening to other people as well. Resolution Sought Refund and remove their advertisement on Youtube.

I purchase a drum in early September 2021 for $190. It is now December 6, 2021 and I still haven't received my order. I have been in contact (email) with the company they assured me it was on the way and after another couple of weeks I emailed them and asked for a refund and now they are just ignoring my request. Resolution Sought Refund my $190
