Poor Work Ethics

started doing work that he wasn't hired to do in order to make the job last longer. also wanted to work late at night we live in a town were there is a noise ordinance after 10pm. was suppose to put in a new kitchen. We ordered a granite counter top .But in order for the people who were installing the counter he had to have all the kitchen cabinets in place so they could come to take measurements In one weeks time he only had the one corner cabinet installed.2 times he canceled the the time for the installer to take measurements. When he put the kitchen flooring in he cut the flooring wrong and had to piece in a section of the flooring. When he moved my china cabinet out of the kitchen and put it the living room he opened the doors and took a piece of wood and nailed the china cabinet top to the living room wall. For 3 days in a row he never showed up to work on putting the rest of the cabinets in place before the granite installers came. He also was suppose to pick up supplies we ordered at Home Depot so on the 4th day when he didn't show up I went to pick up the order at Home Depot before the supplies would get shipped back. When I came home my neighbor informed me that Mr. Spotts took a ladder and went in through a window to get in my house because I locked everything before I left to go get the supplies .When I went in and confronted him about breaking into my house his remark to me was "i had to get in to do some work". A few days later he called us and told us he was on his way to pick up all his tools because he quit the job. He never finished putting the cabinets in the kitchen or the rest of the kitchen .We had to hire someone else to finish the kitchen. He even expected to get paid what the price he quoted to do the whole kitchen even though only had half of the work done when he quit.
