I will never step foot in this establishment again.

I took my white gold cluster ring to be sized. While there I saw another white gold ring that I liked and put on layaway and also needed to be sized. After being notified that my cluster ring was sized I returned to the store. I put the ring on and it fit. I walked out of the store and by the time I used their rail to walk down the steps my ring had broken on the bottom half of the ring. I returned inside of the store and advised the salesperson. They advised that the ring would be fixed. I went to pick up my ring when I was notified that it was ready. When I picked up the ring I paid close attention to details. The ring on the bottom was very thinned out and possibly could break with some pressure and looked discolored and irregular shaped with a dent. Because the ring broke once, I asked if it should look like that and could possibly break. At this time the gentleman advised that it may be possible. I began to question why a brand new ring that just needed sizing would possibly break after them working on it twice. At this point the gentleman advised that so many things had gone wrong. He stated that when cleaning the ring after sizing it, the diamonds began to fall out. So my diamonds fell out and you weren't going to tell me. He assured me that they were all placed back into the ring. After advising of some other things I left upset and unpleased. I was not about to leave my ring for a third time. I returned to pick up my second ring and noticed the bottom of the ring appeared to be thinned out just like my other one. I had already paid for the ring. They wouldn't size it until it was paid for. Now that I am expressing displeasure with their service, I requested a refund for the ring. Thay advised that since the ring had been sized, they couldn't refund my money. At this point, he and I were speaking a little harsh. No profanity or threats. I left with the ring. End result is that in less than a week my new ring broke on the bottom where they thinned it out to size it and a few of my diamonds have shifted in my cluster ring. So I took my ring to another jeweler. They advised of the proper technique to size a ring. They also informed that if my cluster had been sized correctly, my diamonds wouldn't have fallen out. As for the discoloration, they stated that when fixing the brake on the bottom of the ring they may have used sterling silver instead of white gold. I called to inform D's Jewelers of the status of my two rings to see if they were willing to fix them properly. I was advised that they would not. I then attempted again in writing with no response. For as long as I could remember, I like going to that store and purchasing items, but no longer. I am writing this review because I just looked at my two rings that I have in a Ziploc bag that aren't being worn.
