Customer Complaint

They called me on Sunday (robo call) for my delivery 7-11-2022 they missed the delivery. Since then they have set up a c delivery for 7-12 another for 7-16, 7-18, 7-20, 7-23, 7-25, 7-27 and now 8-8 2022. The second time this year I've gone through this with a company that has 8 warehouses around the valley and I'm not getting my service for a 2 month or longer stretch and getting billed for a delivery that's never made? Resolution Sought Refund my money for a year of service!

Haven't received bill so I cant pay. They have now stopped service. I have the money to pay but need bill. Now they have sent to collections. I stay on hold 60 to 80 minutes and them they hang up customer service is terrible. f they would send a bill i would pay in full don't know what's the problem please help!!! Resolution Sought Send me a bill deliver me water been with company 13 years now
