Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered some shoes on 4/23/2024, but when I got them, they were someone else's order. I went to the store and they told me I had to call customer service and do the legwork to fix it. I refused and told them I wanted my refund and instead of fixing their error, the employee called customer service on my behalf after complaining that she had a lot to do. After the call, she took the shoes I brought in and said I would receive a refund in 7 business days. I asked for a confirmation number and she said they don't issue those. I still have not received a refund and when I called today, he tells me they have no record of a refund to me, but to the other customer. Furthermore, he said I had to go back to the store to fix the issue. He refused to let me speak to a supervisor and basically said there was nothing he could do. Order #7771016283892. Resolution Sought I just want the money I paid refunded to me.
