Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I had them put a radio in for me on Thursday at 3:00 pm on 3/31/2022. Saturday 4/2/2022 I lost all my gauges on gauge cluster radio makes funny noise does not turn off or on by its self i have to power it. in my 2003 Pontiac grand am for install and service I paid $80 even and I got ahold of the on Monday 4/4/2022 and told what was wrong and he said they could fix it and put a new one in and charge me 125 for just part not including labor then proceeds to tell me on phone that the part I bought was bad but did not tell me during installment so they messed up my car by not telling me the important details needed when radio was installed. but tell after everything is messed up and want to charge me for them to fix the problem they caused I'm not paying them to fix what they messed up let alone $125 for a part I paid around $50 to start what can be done or what should i do I have an appointment this Wednesday at 4:30 pm at DTA in Clyde Ohio. Resolution Sought Fix the problem for free and not upcharge me because they neglected to tell me a part was bad.
