Had the printer for 7 months and started having problems since beginning. Now I was having a problem with it not printing and was told to purchase printhead and did and printer still not printing now they are saying to purchase a motherboard. I ask could I have a replacement printer and they tell me no I'm out of warranty but was still in the 6 month frame when I was getting the run around. Company have you thinking they build printers and they are modifying epson printers and not helping customers. You are never able to speak with tech only emails. I can't use this printer and I'm still having to pay a debt of money and they will not help in no way. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my money back and not do any business with this company ever again and I would like for other customers to not purchase from this company and loose money.
