I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them, they emailed me saying my package was delivered but nothing was ever delivered to my porch or mail cluster box. I contacted them to attempt to get help in which they refer me to the shipper who I filed a claim with and wasn't much help. I let rhe merchant know and they basically said they are not responsible tlfor the lost package. I tried to file a claim with my bank and they denied that saying it was delivered. So now I am out not only my money buy my items. Resolution Sought Refund my order or reship.

Bad customer service, personnel more worried about not having to work than looking into my issue with the shoes I had purchased Friday with no issue rep huffing and puffing because I had several question to ask regarding the shoes. All attitude when I asked for the additional option I might have with the shoes. It's super disappointing the lack of work ethics the female employees have at this location on a Sunday. This is a poor representation of DTLR and I more than likely won't come back to this location due to the poor customer service experiences. If the personnel doesn't value the customers they don't value the money we spend either, when I walked into the store I was not greeted I saw personnel sitting on store set where clothes were folded and having personals conversations, when I asked for assistance the store personnel told me she did not talk with me over the phone it was like she didn't want to assist because I did not speak with her regardless of whom I spoke with I needed assistance to exchange a product I purchased. I'm grateful for the help I did receive even though it came with attitude and discomfort I wanted to get a refund and to get away from the highly tempered female associate, who clearly didn't want to assist in the first place. I shop for my children at Dtlr, But I never thought it mattered which location I shopped at but I'm finding out today the core values and moral at the Mall of America location is one that has lost my business with DTLR comp Resolution Sought Hire employees who values the customers coming in Give proper training to those who don't have the right customer service skills
