I applied for a collateral loan n sent in $491.00 I wasn't approved so David Turner said I would get my money back on Sept.30th the lenders billing cycle day and now he's trying to avoid me I had to act like someone else to get him to answer his phone and now he's saying I won't get it untill Oct.28th because I have to wait 30 days from that call.I have emails telling him to just refund my money since sept.17th and the loan process started the 9th.It states in our agreement the money would be refunded the lenders billing cycle which he said was on the 30th. Nothing about no 30 days anywhere. Resolution Sought Give me my money back now like I was supposed to have back already according to our written agreement
