I went online to pay my bill for september 2026. And and I seen a bill for $856. I called and they said, I had not paid since March of this year. I told him I had been paying.I went to the bank.I got all my statements from march up till september saying that I did pay.I called them 3 weeks all day kept telling me is they don't see it on they end i'm telling them I have all the. Receipts. They keep talking about making arrangements. I sent off. The bank statements and they claim they don't see it.Can't see it and is on the plane.The dates and everything need this matter cleared? They keep saying call back next week is getting closer to that due date. They even sent me a email saying they will extend the payment time. I did not ask for that. The bill that I suppose to have paid september is one hundred and forty six dollars and two cent.I have that bill with due energy name on it.For august twenty 92 september twenty nine.And they sent this out to me, but they still saying I owe eight hundred and something dollars. My phone number is 8642745911. My account number is 910094208103. If I need to I can upload all the bank statements from March till now. I have them. I don't see how to upload it at this time. While I'm making this complaint but I can do it. I have them, and I have mailed them to them also. Resolution Sought I would like for this issue to be resolved because I do have all the statements showing that I paid for each month. But it seemed like with me. Just calling They are giving me the run around and just going to try to make me pay it anyway. They not listening to me or they do not want to receive the paperwork pretending they do not see it when as clear as they and is marked out from the bank.

I live in a low housing area and due to a faulty water heater I am being charged almost 49ers what I normally pay. I am on budget billing and pay $156, Fule is now charging me $328 to pay off an accumulated amount of $1242.14 due to an extreme water leak under my duplex. The landlord has been working on getting the leak and water heater fixed for months and I explained this to multiple supervisors at duke energy and they refused to help me and said this is on me. I can not afford to pay an additional $930 for two months that is only supposed to be $310. I really need help on this. Resolution Sought I would like this matter to be properly resolved or a cancellation of the additional fees that accumulated.
