Upon taking the advise of personal who conducted the audit, one recommendation caused significant damage to our home

This problem entails of Duke Energy Progress completing an energy audit of our home. Upon taking the advise of personal who conducted the audit, one recommendation caused significant damage to our home. Duke Energy Progress has been non responsive. I was not asking for monetary compensation, this is strictly to ensure the prevention of this happening to a future consumer.
