I was advised by my social worker to wait for my final bill to get assistance with payment. Duke Energy came & I advised them that I hadn't received a notice yet. The service woman turned the power off anyway. The cut off notice arrived later that afternoon. By that time the service had already been disconnected. Resolution Sought Issue a refund and credit the persons card used to pay the bill.

I have been charged 500.00 for a light bill after I paid 200.00 and then duke energy took my deposit and put it on the bill then I was told i didn't have a credit I have 2 accounts for the same address no one can explain this to me and make sense i want to know what is going on thanks for any help you give me. Resolution Sought Tell me what they did with my money and who told them to use my deposit the way they wanted to use it and i want to know what my money was used for.
