I opened an account with Duke Energy in Oct 2020 in Winter Garden. In May 2021, I purchased a home in Apopka & transferred my services. In June, I found out that Duke was billing for the Winter Garden apartment instead of transferring the account back to the apartment complex. After calling them multiple times and being promised that it would be resolved, now I am being harassed with text messages, phone calls that my service will be disconnected if I don't pay the amount! Duke Energy is using their position to extort customers and someone needs to stop them!!! Resolution Sought Rectify the bill and make sure that my account is reflecting my awesome paying history!!!
