The company has committed fraud against my identity. The final bill due is $ 63.60. I paid a security deposit on this account. The company said they have nonpayment history or deposit paid on this account for service. The company generated a fake bill in the amount of $374.00 but a non profit government agency said that amount was not in the system or due at the time of the bill. The company sent me a credit denial letter for service with a very low credit score that was not mine, the told me to disregard the letter. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to remove the debt in question, apply my paid security deposit to the final bill of $63.60 and refund the remainder of the deposit paid.

Since 2018 I've been paying $8.35 for outside lighting. I reported my lighting not working then and in 2019 and they didn't fix it until September 2023. I asked them to remembered me for the money I spent and didn't have service they claimed they would but when I called them today they said they couldn't do it. They took my money and refused to make good on the time I wasn't getting service. And would not let me speak to the supervisor. Resolution Sought To either get my money back for the time I didn't have service or credit.
