Mr. Duke came to my home in June. I shared pictures with him and his staff concerning a leak in my dining room ceiling. He came to me house and brought me a contract and sample as of the shingles foe my home. I asked for a start date and he replied I had to pay half the contract balance to get a start date. He sent someone to my house to get that deposit on July 1, 2021. I have NOT seen Me. Duke since June and it is September 27, 2021. I have requested my deposit back several times until the work is half complete. He either does not return my messages, lies about a start date via text message or gets another staff member to send me a text, with lies, full of promising dates. I need my $3,640 deposit refunded so I can have my roof repaired before September 30th. Resolution Sought I need my $3,640 back by September 30th. I have waited since June.
