Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. After reporting an incident of assault by one of Dunbar's employees, which I provided video of the actual assault, Dunbar refused to give me the name and contact information for the security guard that assaulted me so I can file assault charges and a stay away order as advised by my local police force. Dunbar is protecting one of their male employees who assaulted me, a 62 year old woman. I provided them video footage of the actual assault, but they will not release his identity to me so I can file charges. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is that they provide me the information so that I can protect myself from their employee.
