Dunes Optical Michigan City Indiana 46360. I was denied service to get glasses and lenses, they spoke with my insurance provider on the phone and they told them they will pay for the lenses and glasses. Reason being denied other than being discriminated against I don't know. I'm 48 been wearing glasses since elementary. Hope that someone may look into this most delicate issue. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought That I be able to get glasses and lenses and not be discriminated against. Hold them responsible for discriminatory actions towards me.
