On 11/27/2023 we got a room for a week so when we was trying to check in you were informed the wrong information that had us running around spending money trying to put money off one card to put on another card just before we can check in after 3 hours later without without locating a place to put the money on the card we went back to the hotel to see if we could just give him the cash and when we arrive it was other staff only that informed us that they would accept any card so we were running around for three whole hours trying to get this money off my car accident on another card when we really didn't have to so finally we got to check in we are treated differently we were put in a room way in the back with the water turned off and the room service I wrote the hotel through booking.com and I file the complaint due to me filing a complaint the person never addressed what I was talking about and they told me if I wanted a better room I had to pay more so and then I text him again I'm asking questions and they told me that they advise me not to extend my stay so make sure you telling me that after I'm done with these days then don't worry about sending my stay there so due to that I knew when we checked out they were going to try to find anything so they can keep our deposit well there's to find out we only have one towel that was dirty to have blood on it cuz he had a bloody nose so they tell her to charge this for three towels and Freddy told me it was $30 until gave us thi Resolution Sought Reverse me my money that I had to spend for their staff telling me the wrong information and give me my deposit back because I know for 10 facts they could watch them towels and back to come out of there I don't see no rules saying if you get a bloody nose or anything you have to pay tow cost they're just looking for any reason to keep my money and I need my money back from there cuz they're racist and they don't like interracial relationships or anything and they show it I think somebody needs
