The Dunkin Donuts location at 1344 E Hwy 160 in Fort Mill SC is the branch I'm submitting for. I ordered through the mobile app twice and the store hasn't been opened or it was so slow that I asked for a refund. On both occasions they tell me they can't process refunds in store which were submitted through the app. I have emailed Corporate numerous times with no resolve. Corporate says they'll reach out to the specific Branch and I should hear back from them which I never do. Resolution Sought Just refund my money. I refuse to shop here anymore. I just want my refund. Please look at their reviews as well - many customers having similar issues with this branch. They have been opened long enough to work out these issues & are passive and annoyed when you attempt to get help in person.
