Two ladies that work the front counter attitude are seriously need training talking to the customer with no respect.

Customer services with two ladies that work the front counter attitude are seriously need training talking to the customer with no respect. This all started over 2 years ago I come into the place I witness the lady swiping the mucus out of her eyes. I spoke good morning than asked if could make my coffee but before she does if she could wash her hands she smile at me and still made my coffee . I told her I didn't want that coffee so I stopped going in there .I would go back from time to time the lady would be working there but would ask someone else to make the coffee and that okay no problem with that. Today the lady's started saying fool language that unacceptable.
