Hello my partner and I have been trying to get a refund on my order for over a week now. The store number is 353804 and my order number was 1868 on 10/13/24. They do not answer phone calls at either Columbia stores owned by the same incredibly rude man. The employees are so standoffish and rude. My order was burnt and the hashbrowns were missing and the drink tasted extremely bitter. I just wanted a refund I offered to give the food and drink back but the manager refused. We have taken this to the city manager in Colombia, we have complained to the Better Business Bureau, and now I am going to begin working with a small claims court lawyer if my bank can not get me a refund. This is beyond bad customer service, the manager at this store is a scammer. He has been sued for not paying his employees and makes Dunkin seem like a shady business. I really suggest you all contact him and see what is going on. They will ruin your order and then refuse to give a refund even though I have the uneaten food STILL! I spent $17.83 on a place that is actively trying to make sure I NEVER go there again. I am going to tell my bank everything and show them all the unanswered calls and refusals to give a refund. I truly hope these two Columbia stores can find a new owner because they only hire family and they all are rude people. Resolution Sought Give me my money back for the food and drink I did not consume that was not correct.
