Customer Complaint

A gift card was purchased for me as a birthday gift. A few days after I received it, I attempted to use it at a dunkin donuts location other than the location it was purchased. They told me it wasn't working and they couldn't help me. So later the same day I went to the Location where it was purchased..and was rudely told the card was empty. I was like I know that's why I'm here. So I got nowhere, went home spoke to the person who purchased it. They were confused, so the next day I called corporate and was told someone would call me from the store and no one did, do I had to call corporate again, and was told it was he placed as priority and I will get a call. I haven't gotten a call yet. So I submitting this claim. I have receipt and card and dunkin donuts said they saw no activity on the card. If you need they proof I can send it. Resolution Sought At this point with all the calls and visit and rudeness the card is valued at 15.00. For my time, I limfr 100.00. You don't treat ya loyal consumers like that.
