Poor customer service!!

I was treated awful this morning at a local Dunkin' Donuts. All of the staff was rude, and thought it was funny. When I became rude back to one of them, I was told that unless I apologized, I would not be served. I told them that they could also apologize for being rude, and she said that was not going to happen. Horrible people! An apology to the customer would be nice.

Advertise correctly. If it's a 30oz cup, say so and let the consumer know the amount of product they are really paying for.

I purchase a 32 oz cup of ice tea almost daily and I've noticed that the cup they display in their stores is not the same size of the cup I receive. I went home and measured the size of the cup and it's a 30 oz cup. After they fill the cup completely with ice, there is only less than 8 oz of tea. I feel this should be looked into.
