The toilet was disgusting it look like it haven't been clean in years.

About a month ago I was at Dunkin' Donut on 4900 JFK Blvd Union City NJ on my lunch break. I ordered a Hot tea, use the bathroom I had to hold my breath. The toilet was disgusting it look like it haven't been clean in years. The sink also haven't been clean in months. This bathroom is very Unsanitized. I will ever purchase anything from there or use their bathroom. Have the health dept to make a visit at this store..And for this business to clean their bathroom with disinfect
