We received a "receipt" during closing on our home that things had been fixed, inspected and serviced. Not only were they not fixed by the deadline in our contract, they were absolutely not inspected properly and definitely not serviced. Resolution Sought Accept accountability foremost, and come to fix and service anything that is needed free of charge since they were already paid to do that and did not.
