Bought a vehicle from them, and paid for an extended warranty. Kept the vehicle for 1 year, and sold it. Sent them all of the info they asked for, to get a refund on what was left of warranty. Left many VM's, and emails. Very little in return, and as of 1/27/24 it will be 10 weeks, and still no refund. Originally they said 4-6 weeks. Resolution Sought Give me the remaining balance on an extended warranty I purchased.

I ordered a limited edition 2023 Purple Jeep Wrangler in October 2022, In February I was told Jeep had arrived. I was told the color was beautiful. I told them I will pick up when I get back in town upon my return I was I asked if they could send a picture of the Jeep and they sent a picture of a Black one and I told them I that's not what I ordered. I was told the Purple jeep was not available so they ordered a black one. I asked who was the salesman who sold the Purple one that was initially there, and no one would give me any answers other than they only did what the sales person Tapper and Rick told them to do. (I have text messages). Bottom line is I ordered a Jeep that now is no longer an option for me to order trusting this dealership who probably sold the one I built and ordered. I did receive my down payment however I was looking forward to getting this vehicle and I waited for it. The manager said I ordered the wrong color I said no sure the color shows as I'm building the jeep. This was shady business practice with this company. I'm very disappointed ?? Resolution Sought Find a Purple Reign color Jeep with peanut butter seats for base price or less for my troubles. Or even get on wrapped in that color and have delivered to Milwaukee WI.
