Tried to enroll in auto pay. DL says that my check was rejected because of insufficient funds. Checked with my bank and they had no evidence or knowledge of this claim. At no time during the month was my checking account short on funds to pay for this account. I waited an hour on the phone waiting on customer service before checking with my bank. My DL customer # 9063-900-000 Resolution Sought Money returned for their error in processing. Get my record cleaned. On their website I cannot submit checks because 2 were returned last month.

I had automatic payment with them. They grossly overcharged me, when I was out of state for work. Tried to contact them by phone and was insulted, disrespected and lied to. I have spend over 20 hours trying to resolve the issue with no result. Company makes it impossible to get any help. I am self employed and can't afford to waste anymore time on this, but I don't want them to think they can just steal from me. Resolution Sought Correct the bill and PROVIDE IN WRITING that this WON'T happen again.

In response to Mr. Morris' complaint, a company representative spoke to Mr. Morris on September 13, 2022 but due to a poor connection the call was disconnected. The representative called the customer back after 5pm on this same date and was unable to leave a message as the voicemail box was full; then follow-up with an e-mail with contact information. Mr. Morris left the representative a voicemail on September 16, 2022. The representative called Mr. Morris back on this same date and again was unable to leave a voicemail because it was full; then followed-up with an e-mail. Mr. Morris has not responded.
