I have been scammed. I have tried to dispute with the company to no avail. I contacted Dura Pier to level a house for me, they came and verbally told me they can do it, said it was a 1 day job. I ask the guy to send in an email because i needed to see there proposal on paper, plus i would not remember all what he was saying. I also asked office if they finance, they said that they had a bank that they are affiliated with. I was put in contact Enerbank and from that everything was a deal. Dura pier rush to get bid contract signed, plus check release papers from me, they also sent a person to pickup. I made known to Rebecca/secretary that I never paid for a job before it was done, she said they cannot start until these papers was signed. Being that i needed this done before starting a complete restoration on home, i signed off. It took about 2 weeks before they started, I made a call to them, I was assured they was going to do the job. "PROBLEM " is that they supposedly had completed the job. So I got started on the inside for replacements bathtubs painting and more. My contractor discovered floor weak for installation of bathtub and tore out floor, that when he told me who ever leveled my house didn't do a good job, so i ask him to take further pictures of affected areas etc. Then i called Dura, ask if they would come and see while floor was open, the Secretary gave me a far off date, she hung up at least 3 times on me. Resolution Sought Refund. I feel that i have been scammed, they wont give my money back, they made no attempt to even look on the day that i was trying to show the problems. I only received denials and conflicting answers between owner, secretary and help. I have emails and pictures to prove. I don't have 3,500.00 to give away, the money i am spending for inside, i would have done for outside had Dura Pier addressed them, i researched and thought Dura Pier was a up scale company, i could only imagine other custom

Customer Ms Randle hired us to level her home. When we quoted the job we gave her two options, one just to level ($3,500), and one to address other issues that she has including the addition of a new beam ($6,050). She chose to go with the cheaper option. When we arrived to start the work, the issues were again brought to her attention by our Production Supervisor and she wanted to stick with the cheaper option so we levelled the home as much as possible. We specifically brought up her plumbing issue and told her that this needed to be repaired, and that the situation could get potentially get worse as we levelled the home. We agreed to level as much as we could without causing new damage to her crawl space plumbing. She called us on 4/29 to come back and have a look. We returned on 5/3. She was not there, but a male family member was there...we think he was her nephew. We explained that we told her about all of these issues before we started the job and that she wanted us to only level as is. On 5/3, we noticed that some other work had been done on her foundation. The male family member said a plumber came out and someone did some work on the foundation. We offer a 1 year warranty on this type of foundation work, but that warranty is void since she had someone else come and do work after us. She claims we never told her about the other issues with her foundation and that she wants a full refund. I have offered to come out myself to see if the work we did was not up to standard and she has refused. She claims lots was done wrong. I asked if she could send pictures of what she thinks isn't right and she has refused. My offer to return and check out the work still stands. If we did anything that isn't correct I will send a crew out to make it right. I have also offered to come back out to do the higher priced option she initially refused, and for only the amount of the difference between that quote and what she paid, even though it will cost me much more to basically do this job twice. I'm willing to do that to try to make her happy. She has so far not accepted this proposal. We've been in business for a long time because we do things the right way and we treat our customers the right way. I've tried to work with Ms. Randle but she doesn't seem to want to work with us and instead seems to want to make unfounded claims and try to get the work we did for free. There is a lot of false statements made by Dura Pier. I never got but 1 bid, they rush to my home for me to sign. Also i sent BCA copies of he and his secretary giving conflicting statement. No, i do not want anything for free. My plan was to have house leveled and do restoration inside, like bathtub, new cabinets, commodes etc, so why would i spend this much on inside and have it fall in? Dura came out and said oh yeah we do this in one day, they never once said there was other issues that i may have. I had the contractor to meet and show what they found, while my bathroom floor was open, i had him to take pictures of complete house. The person fabricated that he gave another bid, not once did he go and take a look, went back and fact another bid, how can he tell me what he can do, if he never looked, i lost my trust in dura pier after this. It would have been nice if they had pictures to show what they found, i will attach a statement that was signed by contractor, i sent to Enerbank trying to see if they could help. There was no nephew or plumber talking to dura pier. I was not offered this opportunity for more to be done. Give me a refund.

I would like Ms. Randle to let me come see the issues that concern her and what she feels wasn't done properly. If we have done anything incorrectly, I will happily send a crew to get it done right. I have offered this to her but she has so far refused to let me come to see her foundation. I cannot help her if she will not let me come see what the issue is.
