Kia case #14352139 2014 Kia forte VIN # ***********162514 My vehicle had a safety recall. My car sat at dutch miller for 4 months. After several attempts to discuss repairs, they refused to fix the recall items. Recall items..clock spring assembly and motor safety recall knock sensor. Resolution Sought Replace the recall items.
