Consumer states; I Hired Dutchess Stone April 21, 16x16 stamped concrete, gave $2,200 upfront money. Dutchess Stone never finished the job. They did do some work and negotiated he would give back $1000 of the $2200. I want to get $1000 back, he tells me the checks in the mail and you know what that means he's never paying me. Resolution Sought I want to get $1000 back.
