I have been a customer for 3 years I received a phone call that my fire alarm was going off and they were sending the fire department when i return home i could not turn off the alarm I called the after hours service and they refused to come to the house to turn off the alarms and informed me to climb a ladder and remove all of the fire alarms in the house. I informed the service technician that I was an american with a disability and could not physically remove the fire alarms. He refused three times to come for a service request and I never received any further follow up but received a letter in the mail a month later of termination of my service Resolution Sought I would like a refund on my services that have been paid up to date. I also would like the opposite to share my story with other people in the community of the poor discriminatory service I have received.
