Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Hired to level my house. I did not want to put more money into my house than it's worth. They tore out my bathroom floor & put support that was needed, but what they left was plywood that does not fit flush to any of the bathroom walls or to the hallway the bathroom is connected to. They were supposed to remove a large concrete ball underneath a bedroom . Because of this huge ball , my bedroom has a slop so bad you could sky off of it. They didn't correct it because they said it was giving support to the house. My plummer says it does not support any of the house. They put in a dehumidifier , a pump, & a door, & was supposed to close off all open ways to enter the underneath , accept for the door that they installed. Evidently the materials used isn't strong enough to keep unwanted varmints out. I haven't been under My house . I am a 70 year old widow, & I know nothing about foundation work. My house is Old & my issues don't seem important since this loan went through. I was told by the man who cut the deal, that he had his real estate license, & my house was worth probably 100k-150k. I really wanted to believe him & I trusted him to be honest. He told me what small amount of mildew that was there would die , because of the dehumidifier would keep it dry, & because it would be closed off there would not be any unwanted varmints to contend with. That has not been the case. They want to set up a date for their manager to come see what he thinks, Resolution Sought I wish I had never hired this company in the first place. My most desired outcome is for them to remove all their materials & give me credit for that. Right now I owe 33k, & feeling defeated.
