21 points - 28 minutes ago. I just got off the phone with the PREDATORS. I AM NOT THE ONE! Listen, I could use some money and what Yall just did just got me PAID a WHOLE LOT MORE THAN $108.00 that's NOT EVEN YOUR BILL. Which has been PAID IN FULL TO JC PENNY. How you digging up FRAUDULENT BILLS FROM THE GARBAGE BIN, and proceed to COPY AND PASTE YOUR INFO ON $1 store copy paper and putting it in the mailbox in THE MIDDLE of the NIGHT with NO POSTAGE STAMP?? LOL!!! I just can't; it's like shooting fish in a barrel sometimes...BTW my Credit Score is 759, 1 debt... 0 IN COLLECTIONS so there's that yeah. and in these uncertain times a Girl has been known to settle things nicely ;) cause you know Covid and delays and who wants that headache right? Not posting or uploading my EVIDENCE. but please note that I am feeling extremely uncomfortable and harassed by YOUR LAME PREDATORY TACTICS of fear and INTIMIDATION PRACTICES. I left 3 VERY DETAILED messages with Tywanna, who recorded the very same way that I did. SHE IS FULLY AWARE that I recorded the conversation. and I WAS FORCED TO GIVE YALL A STAR...it's a MINUS 900000876788678566 stars; should be a piece of turd for you know BAD REVIEWS! FOH Resolution Sought Shut them down already! And restitution for the harassment and fraudulent accusations of owing them money. I'm very uncomfortable knowing that these people showed up to my door in the middle of the night and put mail in my mailbox with no stamp or anything. I'm not doing mentally well with this right now. I will be seeking legal counsel well over 200 complaints.

Per company policy, when a complaint of this nature is received, we cease all activity on the account in our office. We have notified our client of the consumer's complaint with thorough documentation. Upon review, Dynamic Recovery Solutions, LLC (DRS) received Ms. Rodriguezes account in our office on July 19, 2021, for service. Our client reflects the Original Creditor as "SYNCHRONY BANK/JCP "with an open date of August 28, 2015. DRS acknowledges that Ms. Rodríguezes disputes this account and does not want any further contact from our office. To ensure that we cease communication with the consumer regarding this matter, DRS has placed her telephone number onto our internal "Do Not Call" list. Dynamic Recovery Solutions will no longer service this account. Please note that Dynamic Recovery Solutions, LLC, has not and would not hand deliver any documents/letters to the consumers mailbox at anytime of day or night. Dynamic Recovery Solutions does not condone any fraudulent activity, deceptive acts, abuse, or harassment of any form to a consumer. Dynamic Recovery Solutions is a third-party collection agency licensed and bonded in all applicable states to collect on past due accounts for its clients. DRS always wants to acknowledge any concerns a consumer expresses regarding these types of matters. We do apologize for any inconvenience that Ms. Rodríguezes may have experienced.
