On August 26th I purchased a "precut" slide from this business. Their website at the time of purchase claimed lead times were 6-8 weeks. On week 9 I reached out to this company for an update to be told that the news lead times were 10-12 weeks. Throughout the next several weeks, I attempted to ask for updates just to be ignored. When he would respond with an update he'd give vague answers. It's approaching week 26 this coming Monday and I've still not received the item I've paid for. I have all conversations and emails saved to prove my claim. Resolution Sought I'd prefer for the item to be shipped in a timely matter.
