3/2/21- Gave deposit of $307.57 to salesman.was told the boss will be by so as to check final adjustments. 3/22 & 3/23/21 Jessica called me to make appointment for measurements .Both times nobody showed up, or even called called me. 3/24/21- I called spoke to Jessica, she claimed there was a problem with a drunk. I canceled my order, and asked for my deposit back, she said no problem. 4/6 & 4/19/21– I called and spoke to Jennifer/Jessica was told accounting dept was still working on it both times. 4/27/21- I called spoke to Jennifer she said the check is going out this week. 5/4/21- spoke to Jennifer.she said she would follow up and call me back this afternoon. Did not call back. 5/521- i called asked Jennifer what was going on. she put me on hold for 32-minutes, then they hung up!!! 5/6/21- Jennifer answered my call & put me on hold for 27-minutes, then told me she will find out by calling accounting dept and/or the her boss..she will call me back later in the day. Did not call back 5/7/21- i called nobody answered the phone? Resolution Sought Give me my Deposit of $307.57. No work was done at my house. Nobody ever came for final measurements...

once a customer has ordered they have 72 hours to cancel. we did do final measurements and his order is in production. these are custom made shutters. we have spoken with him several times and when someone stars screaming and yelling at you and being verbally abusive we are running into shipping issues as so are so many other companys. it states very clearly on a contract that they have 72 hours to cancel after that they cant cancel because it is a custom made for there home. i have explained this several times he wants his product right now and its not resdy. we have a signed contract we are going to install as soon as the product is done.
