I ordered plantation shutters from Dynasty in April, 2021. They required a large deposit of $1300.00, balance being $1000.00. Told me to call in August. Called, they told me to call back in Sept., order was not completed. Called several times in Sept. and Oct. They set up installation dates of 10/26/21, 11/15/21, 11/30/21, 12/21/21 and 12/28/21. No show for all dates. Got an email once or twice that they weren't coming. Many excuses, no installers, moving offices, sick, etc. I was told they merged with Florida Custom Blinds and Shutters. They told me that because I found them advertising under that name, called, same people answered. No communication since that time. As far as I'm concerned they are moving from one place to another and perpetrating another scam. I don't want to hear from them or do business with them. I just want my $1300.00 deposit refunded. Any help you can give me regarding this issue is greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought return my deposit of $1300.00

6 times they have given us a time when they would be here. Each time is a no show and another lie. Taking people s money and using to finish other jobs...maybe Resolution Sought Full refund us damages

We are having the same issues as many other companies shipping and supply and demand . We want nothing more to deliverand install your shutters or blinds.
