I was not able to stay at motel on 10/11/2023 because I was not informed of a $100 incidental deposit that had to be paid by credit card. I had $100 cash but the motel representative wouldn't allow me to pay it in cash. Now they are refusing to give a refund or credit for future stay. Resolution Sought Refund the room Or Credit for another stay.
