This bike was purchased online when we got to bike on May 5th 2023. It came with a battery issue we. Reach out to the company On May 22nd 2023. They completely ghosted us. And will not respond to fix the problem of the battery and then the other day taking a normal ride. The welds in the back of the frame snapped the frame and the will came on. Somebody seriously could have got seriously injured or dead. Especially high rates of speed. Luckily was only going slow to slow down to turn a corner in the frame snap in the back. It needs to be a recall before 70 gets hurt. Or injured or dead and the company will not contact help you or do anything. To get your money back, these need to be recalled. They are extremely dangerous. They are snapping at the back. Where the welds are put together. Resolution Sought A complete refund and recall all the bikes for security purposes and People's lives are on the line. Seriously needs a Recall. on all products and all welds.
