CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I got a hold of him at the end of January to do a small bathroom in my basement my daughter was moving down there & due to have a baby soon. The stand up shower was leaking & that was one of issues we discussed he would fix he did put a new drain in.. He was paid in full back in February.. She went to shower and it leaked. I have given him every opportunity since to make this right..last two messages I sent him he just ignored, no response.. I kept asking for a date he would come..he did at first respond no date I feel just putting me off.. Finally in April he told me he thinks I need a new shower installed (that I have to pay for) I looked on line for a shower found one, again told him I can write him a check or pay on line give me a date he can do it I don't know how long they will hold it.. No response.. Last two messages I sent was April 25 and May 2 ,2021, my first contact with him was January why has all this time went by and I still have a shower that can't be used cause it still leaks? I'll never forget he shook my hand promised me he'd do it right and come back..that showed me him as a person and a professional what his hand shake meant /means. I told him myself I am disappointed with this experience it didn't make a difference, I guess I ran out of hope he was going to do the right thing. So, I am here, if he jacked the shower up like he said he was going to do we wouldn't be here. Resolution Sought To get my bathroom completed with quality work and done in a timely manner that is my desired outcome.. I have already paid for it to be done, he got his money. I voiced that to him as well. Or some of my money back..
