He repaired a couple of shingles where there was a leak on our roof and when it started to rain it still leaked. I text him and he set a day to resolve the problem and was a no show and after going on yelp I read how he's done this to others. Resolution Sought To refund my monies or at least half as they did do some work even though it was shorty.

Company states: I have no record of this person in our data base, I have gone back 2 years and cannot find anything. Please provide some type of proof that we have done business by providing an invoice, receipt, or any type of documentation so I may assist you in resolving this matter. Thank you.
