Complainants allege the company fails to make complete disclosures concerning cancellation policies, and additional costs or expenses to implement processing services in connection with internet businesses opportunities. Some customers complain they are unable to implement or use processing equipment due to inability to actually start their businesses. Complainants are allegedly dissatisfied when they learn that, despite verbal representations by salespersons that they can cancel their agreements, they find portions of the contract are non-cancelable, and that they are locked into a 48 month lease agreement. Other complainants allege that funds in merchant accounts are held by the company causing financial hardships. A few clients complain their accounts were closed without prior notification. Some complainants allege they continued accepting orders which could not be processed resulting in substantial financial loss.

The company responds to most complaints by referring clients to the terms of the contract, or by directing the customer to other business affiliates who they claim will more directly respond to the problem. In other cases, the company denies responsibility and directs complainants to leasing or website affiliates, reminding clients that lease agreements for processing equipment are non-cancelable. The company addresses disputes regarding suspension of funds payments by disputing allegations and citing their contractural rights supporting their actions.
