Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Eloan sold on a $5000.00 personal loan, they sent a $900 deposited to my bank. That is when all trouble start, they used Cash app and tried to take it back several times they all failed. My bank got suspicious it was fraud. All my accounts are frozen, my debit card has been cancelled. The money in all my accounts have been frozen. This Month I will not be able to pay my rent. I don't them back the $900.00, they caused me so must trouble. Resolution Sought I want them out of my life, I am 72 years old an disabled. I went them to forfeit the $900.00, there loan agent (Elex) say he froze my Social Security check, and he keeps trying to take money out of my account. I have 1 dollar to my name, my rent will not be paid. All my fund and income have been frozen. Please help. My accounts are frozen for 14 day. My wife is in Washington DC and I can't bring her home because the money is unable.

These guy's offer me a loan and get my credit score better, I believed they went to my account and get the money from my account sending some false checks under my name with my name as a signature ( which I never had on my hand) Resolution Sought Cut these guys and cannot keeping robe, close the false information. In addition to get my money back.
