Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

Consumer called stating your company has paid your company by mistake and has been unable to get her money back. Consumer called your phone number by mistake because it is very similar to Toyota finance. She made three payments three different months. The payment amount was $605.00 each time. She did not realize that she was not paying Toyota until her car got repossess. She called her bank and she was able to get one payment back however she still needs one of the payment of $605 for an April 1st payment. Consumer has called your company to no avail. She was told someone will call her back and no one has. Consumer wants her money back. Resolution Sought Consumer wants her money back.
