I received 2 letters in the mail from October 6,2023 and October 10,2023 both with packages and a letter saying $20,000,000 will be deposited into my account they also informed me I had 2 accounts 775153825 and 775794856 when I tried login on to this account a thing popped up saying to call them to help with my account when I called they told me my account was closed and they will no long have business with them so I thought it was closed well I kept getting emails and notifications and I'll called them back and a woman informed me that they couldn't tell me why but they close my account and I informed them that I had money in them account which she denied and said I don't know what to tell you sir but we don't know why they closed your account I ask to speak with someone high up she informed me that them people had no way of contact so I hung up and today I recieved a notification saying I have a statement about my account so I tried logging in and once again it said to contact them when I did the man informed me that I have this accounts but there is no way I can access them so he said do you want me to make it where you don't get this notification any more I said so I have accounts but I can't access them doesn't make since to me and it's crazy cause I have all that money in there I also have proof the letters that was sent and I screenshot the notification that was send I can send them if I need to thanks for you time Resolution Sought Give me access to my account or let me send my money where I can access it
